Is VASO really free?
Yes. Membership, member-run groups and standard event listings are free. Individual organisers may charge for their events. Optional featured promotion is separate from a free standard listing.
Who is VASO for?
VASO is for growth-minded people who want to make connections, build relationships and discover new opportunities. Business owners, founders, professionals and event organisers are all welcome.
Why join if I can already browse events?
The Event Finder is public. Membership lets you create a profile, connect with other members, join or create groups and submit events of your own. It gives you a way to keep the conversation going before and after meeting in person.
Can I create a group of my own?
Yes. Start a group around your local area, workplace, profession or a shared interest. Use it to introduce people, share ideas and arrange opportunities to meet.
Can I list and promote my events?
Yes. Members can submit a standard event listing for free, subject to VASO review. Provide accurate details, a clear description and the organiser's booking link. Only upload content and images you have permission to use.
Does showing interest or attendance on VASO book my place?
No. It shows your interest to the VASO community. To register, reserve a place or buy a ticket, follow the organiser's booking link and complete their process separately. Check prices, availability and entry requirements before making plans.
